It's so simple, you won't believe it. It does require some mechanical aptitude and common sense. It will be work. You will break a sweat. It's a huge niche-market with a much needed product and service. This can be done anywhere and in any country. It's truly universal. We are simply the messenger with the right information to make you CASH MONEY EVERYDAY! You just need to connect to this information. We sincerely want to help you make CASH MONEY TODAY AND TOMORROW! Take hold of your future. Relax! These are hard times! You can provide for you and your family! We're going to show you how!
You Will Make Cash Money Your First Day!
Do you have common sense? Then you are ready to GET PAID CASH MONEY EVERYDAY if you have the desire. We are now going to reveal the "secret" and tell you what you will be doing.... You will be providing homeowners, apartments, businesses, and anyone that values safety with a very simple, much needed SAFETY PRODUCT. You will be DRILLING FOR DOLLARS BY INSTALLING DOOR-VIEWERS! Yes that's right! They are also known as Peep-Holes. You're going to be a Professional Peeper! Much cheaper and more reliable than camera- doorbells.
We're going to keep this simple business SIMPLE so you can achieve success quickly and hit the ground running! Don't worry! You won't have to "sell" either. You can even be shy. Zero personality. A real introvert! This is an "impulse purchase" for your customers. If you can hold one between your thumb and forefinger, hold it up and say to your prospect: "I'm in your neighborhood today installing door viewers. Would you like me to install one?" It's just that SIMPLE. You won't have to sell anything! If they say "No thank you," NO PROBLEM. Don't waste your time giving them some big sales pitch that you came up with like "I'm putting myself through college," "My child is sick and the hospital bills are mounting," or anything else along those lines. The prospect will "get it." They'll either want it or not. So keep moving until you get a "YES!" More on this later...
Can you think of any other business or service that you can literally start almost immediately? They are few and far between right? Well, this is a service that falls into that category. If you are mechanically challenged and can't even use a screwdriver, there is always someone in your family, or a friend, that you can involve in this to assist you. There is always a way! Don't give up or make excuses! DRILL ON! You make the presentations and set-up the jobs while your "helper" follows along after you doing the installs. This is how we got started and it works GREAT! You'll sell more than your installer can keep up with!
You can be up and running in a matter of just a few hours. You can quick-start your business by visiting your local Home Depot, Lowe's, ACE Hardware, or any hardware store and picking up a few viewers at around $5 a piece. (We'll tell you later where to buy from a wholesaler online at great prices!) Your price-point needs to be $30 to $50 (in most markets) in order to keep it an "impulse purchase" for your customers.
By the way, for our foreign visitors and friends, all monies, sizes, and measurements referenced on this report will be in U.S. Dollars and Standards.
Let's Do The Numbers And Really Get You Motivated
OK...At a $30 price-point you will have approximately a $25 profit per install. Therefore, installing just 10 a day will gross $300 minus $50 viewer-costs leaving you with $250 dollars CASH IN YOUR POCKET PROFIT for that day! You will be able to install 2 to 3 Viewers an hour after a few days, and as many as 5 an hour after you really get your "system" up and running. That's 3 to 5 hours of work to make $250 profit in our example. That is $75+ an hour CASH! When we figure it as an ROI (Return on Investment) that's a 500% ROI! Show us an investment that will get a return like that!

Sales Pitch & Marketing
Trust us on this. We've tried all the "slick sales pitches" on the planet! Keep it simple. This business is simple. Be yourself. Dress for the job but don't look homeless either. Be clean and keep your job site clean. People will be trusting in you as they let you into their homes and businesses. Common sense goes a long way here. Your sales pitch will SIMPLY be just as was stated on the previous page: "I'm in your neighborhood today installing door viewers. Would you like me to install one for you? It will take me just a few minutes." It's just that SIMPLE. Don't try to be a super salesman here. They will understand why they would need one or not. Upsell: Ask them if they have children in the house. They may want two installed. One at a lower level for the children and one higher for adults. Hand the Viewer to the prospect and tell them to look through it. Get them involved in your presentation. After you have been working a neighborhood for a while and have installed a few Viewers, you can always add: "I just installed one for your neighbor, Mr. Jones." A lot of times your customer will give you a referral and call ahead for them to expect you. If not, always ask for a referral.
Be creative in locating and generating possible customers! There are many opportunities out there in the marketplace. Some are using "door hangers" a day or two ahead to let people know they will be in the area installing Viewers. There are all kinds of ways to promote this service. Brainstorm! Now of course you will have a "learning curve" for a few days or weeks just like anything new that you learn to do. But you will soon have a "system" that fits your personality and work ethic. Keep it super simple and DON'T GIVE UP!
Days To Work
Our experience was that Saturdays from about 10am to 4pm, and Sunday's in the afternoon were the highest sales ratios. The reason: Most people are off work and home then! During the week you can see inconsistent results depending on the neighborhoods you work. I didn't like to start later than 10am and would finish no later than 5 to 6pm. The key here is to experiment. Learn your markets and neighborhoods. Just like any business, you will have good days and some not so good. Again, common sense and good judgment will let you plan your workdays better after a few weeks of experience. Work it part-time or full-time. The choice is yours depending on your CASH needs. Just jump-in and work!
Your Market
We hear you saying "Don't most people have a door viewer already?" The answer is "NO!" It's obviously simple to tell. If you see one in the door, move on to the next home without one. In this day and age everybody is concerned about their safety. $30 is cheap insurance for safety around entries to homes and buildings. Even if they have a camera-doorbell point out it's always good to have a reliable standby (Batteries, wifi problems, etc). Apartments are great candidates. You'll be surprised the number of them with no Viewers, especially older buildings. Be sure to look for doors that have no windows around them. Point this out to the customer. Blind-spots around an entryway are not good especially with children or seniors in the house. Make sure you get permission from the apartment manager before drilling into their door!
Competition
There will be little to none. Most people just won't think to do this unless tipped off from a friend or a How-To-Guide like this. And so what. There are plenty of homes and businesses in your community for a whole army of Peepers to do their peepin! The money and opportunity is out there. Trust us!
Training
We am going to give you video-links on how to install Peep Holes. It's simple, but watch them anyway. Just one little detail that you learn might save you a headache. Then I want you to practice on your own doors at home. Practice on both metal and wood doors. Be careful to drill the hole centered and straight. Drill from both sides to prevent splintering. Practice makes perfect! Your confidence level will be higher with a few under your belt before you drill your first door at a customers home. Most doors will be no problem, but if you come across a custom door that is made out of some weird material from the moon or something with a portrait of the family embossed on the panels, you might want to turn down the job if you're unsure. :) This is very RARE!
On the Job
Scout residential neighborhoods and business/commercial districts (your target markets) for prospects. It's easy to see from your car who needs your product. Once a market is established, park your car or truck in a safe legal spot, grab your backpack with your tools and supplies, and start walking house-to-house, business-to-business. You will make more money, be more efficient, and save gas, being on foot while working in your targeted market area. Hey you might even lose a few extra pounds! Take some bottled-water and an energy bar in-case the need arises. You will work-up a sweat! The more that CASH builds in your pocket, the bigger the smile on your face, and the more "energized" you will become! Be sure to use that broom and dustpan to clean-up your mess! You will be leaving a lasting impression for referrals!
Training Videos
Here are links to short-videos on installing Peep Holes. There is even one in removing an old viewer and replacing it with a new one. Each one has a unique perspective on the installation process. You will gain confidence with watching and practice.
Notes
Check with your local governing authorities for any permits or licenses that you may or may not need for this service. In the city we worked in we didn't need any. Check just to be safe.
It might also be a good idea to carry some liability insurance just in-case you accidentally severely damage a door. An insurance agent will be able to tell you what type of liability policy you will need. It'll be cheap. Probably cheaper than just one door would cost you with labor to transport and install. How many times did we mess up a door and have to replace it? ZERO. You be the judge and stay in your comfort zone so you can sleep at night.
There is no obligation for you to purchase any product or service from us. Earnings are not guaranteed.
Your safety and liability is your responsibility and yours alone. By reading this How-To-Guide you agree to hold us harmless from any and all claims of injury or liability to you and/or others. So hold on to that drill good and use your safety glasses! :)
And last but not least, make sure Uncle Sam gets his slice of the pie too. See your tax adviser if you feel it's necessary.
